In a recent JC survey, one this issues that was brought up is the abililty to provide Patient Outcome data and how to use this data to improve clinical outcomes. One of the tools that we developed that surveyor was impressed was was our "Patient Improvement Survey". This survey meaures a patient at the time of admission and at the time of discharge in 24 areas from being "No Problem" to "Severe Problem". Tags: Joint Commission | Patient Outcomes
